Touching the Sky
Made it to the top of Kings Peak over Pioneer weekend.
Highlights included:
- Being the highest person in Utah (if for a moment)
- Watching a full valley, cloud and ski sunset
- Getting heat stroke and having Rach nurse me back to health (including a nice 12 hr nights rest--thanks for waiting Rach)
- Beautiful Lakes streams and valleys
- Waking up at 1 AM with Rach to find the moon had come up and covered the valley with a silver blaket of light and warm front that turned the wind warm.
- Great Company
I just love the way the wind blew Rach's hair directly up, we couldn't have caught it that way if we tried.
